To be eligible for a return:
The product must be unused and in its original packaging
All tags must be intact
An unboxing video is mandatory for any return or exchange.
Without a proper unboxing video, no return or exchange will be accepted.
Return Period
You must initiate the return request within 7 days of receiving the product
Return requests made after 7 days will not be accepted
Exchange
If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong product, you may opt for an exchange instead of a refund
Our customer support team will assist you throughout the exchange process and ensure that the replacement is delivered at the earliest

Returns and refunds will be processed only after inspection of the returned product and verification of the unboxing video
